Tour Fees

The prices listed for the courses above only include tour fees starting from the bus departing from New Chitose Airport. Customers booking this tour from outside Hokkaido will need to book and pay for air travel to New Chitose Airport separately.
Tour fees differ according to the date of departure, number of participants, and schedule.

Adult: 12 years and older. Child: 6~11 years old.
Infant: Infants aged 3~5 years old are only charged bus fares. However, meals, bedding, and other amenities are not included in these prices.
Furthermore, if JR trains are used, infants will not be assigned seats.
Infants aged 0~2 who travel for free will not be assigned a seat on the bus.

Fees charged by each particular hotel for the admission of infants are shown in each detailed hotel information section above. Please refer to these sections for more information on infant fees.

● If a booking is made for one adult accompanying one child,
fees for 2 adults will be applied.


Course Booking Deadline
● You can book the above-mentioned tours up to 10 days before departure.
(Please note that some deadlines may be brought forward depending on the arrangement of weekends and national holidays.

Accommodations
● Both the accommodation name and type of room are displayed above.
If you have booked 3 people in a Western-style room using a twin bed + extra bed or sofa bed, the booking may be altered to 2 separate rooms.

Room types shown on this website are examples only, and the actual room may differ from the photograph shown.


Important Notes
● The course, accommodation and other factors may be changed on the day of departure due to adverse weather conditions and other such circumstances.
● Customers may be joining the tour from many different areas in Japan.
Therefore, a certain amount of waiting time may occur both at departure from and return to the airport.
● Please note that if changes to flight schedules mean that customers will not be on time for connecting flights or may miss bus or train connection times, the tour may be cancelled or schedule changed to ensure these connections can be met.
● In sections of the tour that are not accompanied by the tour guide, if the tour needs to be changed due to adverse weather conditions or other such reasons, tour participants are personally responsible for paying additional fees and undertaking the required procedures for entrance to/use of alternative facilities.
● Please note that if you order additional food, alcohol, or services at hotels and ryokans, by law consumption tax will be added to the total amount of additional charges.
● Changes to the number of tour participants affects the per-person price of all other participants. Furthermore, if one or more participants cancel their booking, the specified cancellation charges will apply.
● Connecting time for the "Daishizengo" bus at New Chitose Airport is 60 minutes. When booking, please ensure you have ample time before your flight departure. Please assemble at the "JTB Ace Tour Desk" in New Chitose Airport at least 20 minutes before the scheduled bus departure time.
● The "Daishizengo" bus is strictly no-smoking. The bus will make a regular stop approximately every 90 - 100 minutes, therefore smokers may use these stops as an opportunity to smoke.
● All passengers on the "Daishizengo" bus must wear seatbelts. Please note that the bus will not depart until the driver has confirmed all passengers are correctly wearing seatbelts.
