From booking on line to checking in ~ how it all works
You can book single items such as tours or hotels online by clicking the "Book Now" button, or book a number of different mix & match items together by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
After sending us your information and receiving the automated response, your booking will be processed as shown below:
1) Receive a confirmation of your booking by email from our specialist staff.
2) Your credit card is charged before the cancellation fee would apply. (changes can be made prior to payment if required)
3) You receive a voucher for your booking via email.
4) Print out your voucher and hand it to the reception desk when you arrive at your hotel/activity. This voucher is your proof of payment.

1. How can I change my reservation?
Please send your change request to us via email at booking@bhf.jp. Always remember to include your reservation number when you contact us. If you do not include your reservation number, we cannot make any changes to your reservation.

2. How can I cancel my booking?
Please send your cancellation request to us via email at booking@bhf.jp. Always remember to include your reservation number when you contact us. If you do not include your reservation number, we cannot make any changes to your reservation.
3. Do I have to pay any fees if I cancel?

4. How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Presently, all plans, activities, and tours displayed on the BFH website can be booked for departure dates up to July 31st, 2009. However, some plans (ryokans) can be booked up to September 30th. However, these dates are constantly being updated as new information is available, so please check back soon if you wish to book beyond these dates, or contact us for more information about specific plans or hotels.

5. Do I have to pay a booking fee when I make a booking?
No. You will not be charged a booking fee for making bookings through BFH Tours.
6. What should I do if I lose my voucher when I am on holiday?
Please contact us at booking@bhf.jp with your reservation number, and we will re-issue your voucher.
However, please note that vouchers can only be issued during standard office hours.
