At present, each of the 15 sake brewers in Hokkaido produces and sells sake that has its own unique flavours and features. Sake brewed with the famous mineral water has the advantage of being high quality and bursting at the seams with refreshing flavour. Most sake estates offer a guided tour followed with sake tasting, then of course Sake is a perfect souvenir to take away with you.
