‘Snake’s Pillow’ is an alias for this flower that grows by the water and in the marsh
This plant grows by the water and in the marsh. A white “spathe” has the appearance of a large petal and encloses around what looks like a long stamen, earning the nickname of ‘Snake’s Pillow.’ The total height is between 10cm to 30cm and the “spathe” grows up to 15cm. The leaves grow up to 80cm after the plant has finished flowering. Snakes Pillows flower between May to July.
