Entranceway to the rural landscapes of Lake Toya with spectacular views of Lake Toya and Mt. Yotei
Toyako town is located in the south of Hokkaido, and is surrounded by the most stunning natural scenery of the grand lake, mountains, and ocean. This roadside station faces Route 230, and has an observation tower on the south side of the facilities with outstanding views of Lake Toya, and with the grand view of the untamed scenery and majestic Mt. Yotei dominating the landscape to the north. Inside the facilities you can see displays of local produce with pictures and information about the farmers themselves, and you can also buy the produce direct from the farmers in the shop. The restaurant corner has a fantastic menu packed with a wide range of goodies made with locally grown and super healthy fresh vegetables.
