Ramen noodles in a simple salt flavoured soup in the hot spring town
This ramen shop is ingeniously constructed from a renovated micro bus, which is set up during the evening at the Yunokawa onsen town in Hakodate city. You can enjoy the unique experience of sitting inside the busy in your hot spring hotel yutaka, slurping noodles. What more of a Japan experience would you want!? The simple soup is made from chicken and pork stock, but the addition of many vegetables to the stock gives the soup a very light after taste. The combination of a light soup and straight noodles are the perfect supper after taking a hot bath in the steamy hot springs.
