As Hakodate stye ramen is known as the oldest style of ramen in Japan, this restaurant aims to continue the age old traditions of creating the perfec Hakodate style noodles. The easy to eat noodles are made of Hokkaido “Haruyo-koi” flour, which has a delightful aroma. Ingredients such as the Nakasatsunai mura chicken and Minami Kawabe seaweed used in the soup are rigerously selected for quality, and the Oshamabe Ginnan-grass and Imakane blanched leak are also irreplaceable additions to the soup. This restaurant also has miso and soy sauce flavour varieties, but you have to get there early to sample one of those as daily numbers are limited.
