Old-fashioned restaurant loved by the local people
With over thirty years of history, this traditional Asahikawa style ramen noodle restaurant still serves the same traditional flavours it did since the beginning. The base of the soup is pork, but the chef here also adds vegetables and seaweed for extra flavour. A great deal of time and effort is placed into the preparation of the stock, which is reflected in the popularity of the restaurant with local people, and increasingly more now with tourists. The restaurant also has a strict policy of avoiding artificial seasonings and additives as much as possible.
