This restaurant serves ramen noodles in soup extracted mainly from locally produced Sanuki Cochin chicken, which is famous for its delicious flavour and tenderness. The soup does not have a particularly overpowering chicken taste, but it does have a very deep, rich flavour. We recommend trying the salt flavoured soup, as you can enjoy the simple flavours of Sanuki Cochin chicked. You can also choose between fine noodles or thick noodles, and the perfectly cooked tender roast pork slice is so large it almost covers half of the bowl!
