Asahikawa Style Ramen Noodles Grand Prize winning restaurant!
The main soup is based on a pork stock, with fish stock (such as horse mackerel stock etc) added in true Asahikawa ramen style. The rich, full flavour of the fish stock that comes through in the ramen gives the soup its incredible popularity, and this dish was awarded the grand prize at the second ever Asahikawa Style Ramen Noodle Competition. The medium-fine wavy noodles are covered in a unique and delicious soup that satisfies to the last drop. The menu also sports a number of healthy items, including ramen with vegetables and roast pork in a miso flavoured soup. The vegetable soup has a sweeter flavour which is drawn out from the vegetables, and is very popular with ladies.
