The pride of the restaurant soup is made from seaweed!
The unique salt flavoured soup is so clear that you can see right to the bottom of the bowl. This 70 year old shop has a very unique soup which is made essentially from seaweed stock, with the addition of some pork and chicken stock for added flavour. They also use three different kinds of salt in the soup to enhance the special flavours, and finish it off with the addition of a little vegetable oil. The light taste is very easy to eat, and we recommend this ramen as a snack when you are feeling just a bit peckish.
