Sweetness of seabura covered custom-made medium-thick noodles
This shop has been in the spotlight since its 2003 opening in Kotoni, which is a fiercely competitive area for ramen in Sapporo. In the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff serves their pride and joy shoyu (soy sauce) ramen with a well-controlled seabura (pork back fat) flavour. Chicken bones, genkotsu (pork bone leg joints) and vegetables create such rich flavours in the soup which glazes the custom-made medium-thick noodles well. A rich miso ramen is also available. Chashu (roast shoulder pork) cooked in a delicious soup and sauce is a popular topping.
