Japanese style soup blended with an especially delectable soy-based sauce
The third generation owner has kept the original tastes which the founder created after his independence as a chef from a Japanese restaurant in Sapporo. The plain shoyu (soy sauce) ramen with natural sweetness is a masterpiece! The flavours from the small dried sardines, dried bonito and kelp in the stock are the Japanese-style attractions added to the soup which blend to perfection with the flavours of the pork bones, chicken bones and vegetables. The soy-based sauce is made of oyster sauce, num pla, chashu sauce and other mouth-watering ingredients. Flavours of Japanese stock are definitely the keys.
