This shop serves “Kagoshima Ramen”, which is a bit different from Hakata ramen with its opaque pork bone soup. (Kagoshima and Hakata are in the south of Japan.) It looks like Hakata ramen soup, but the sophisticated plain flavours are characteristics and are very appealing. Plenty of chopped spring onions and takana (leaf mustard) create delicious flavours, making this a delightful meal. A boiled egg in the centre and thick slices of chashu (roast pork) that melt in the mouth are other delightful toppings.
