This shop is located near Moerenuma Park, Higashi-ku, Sapporo City, and is famous for its “Tsukemen” which are mouthful sized noodles you soak in a bowl of delicious soup. The hot, strong soup coats the smooth noodles well, and the overall flavour is absolutely superb! There are three flavours to choose from; goma-miso (miso with sesame seeds), shoyu (soy sauce) with black pepper and yuzu-shio (salt with citrus). Of course, the standard ramen in three flavours are also popular. The mild goma-miso ramen and shoga (ginger) ramen are highly recommended. A bowl of rice covered with chopped chashu (roast pork) is another must-order.
