Old restaurant made famous through the TV drama “Kita no kuni kara”
A traditional restaurant which was used for many location scenes in the TV drama, “Kita no kuni kara”. Their popular menu from which 80 to 90 percent of customers order consists of various styles of ramen noodles in a fish stock soup. The plain flavoured soup goes well with the home made medium-fat hand-rolled noodles, and the crunchy Kikurage garnish creates the perfect finishing accent.
