This ramen shop is famous for its soup. The miso ramen soup has a rich, thick but mild taste. Vegetable stock and no less than 10 varieties of spices such as sesame seeds and garlic are mixed in natural miso and left to ferment for three months. It is then stirred into soup stock taken from genkotsu (pork bone leg joints) and simmered for at least 20 hours. The depth of flavour will bowl you over!
