Located at the historical Former Otaru Warehouse, the Unga Plaza provides sightseeing information. A variety of pamphlets about sightseeing spots and accommodations in Otaru and Shiribeshi are available inside the building. Also, the plaza carries a wide selection of local food products, crafts, and confectioneries. Visitors can also drop by the café in the plaza while strolling along the Otaru Canal.
