Town road extending through a 300-meter tunnel of cherry trees
Extending about 300 meters along both sides of this town road along the Ono river, these cherry trees (Yoshino Cherry) create a cherry tree tunnel when in full bloom, attracting visitors from far and wide. Though they change throughout the seasons, the cherry trees look especially splendid from the end of April to the beginning of May. The nearby Seseragi park bustles with people during the annual cherry-blossom viewing.
