This roadside station contains the Yoichi Space Memorial Hall “Space Doumu” as well as a number of shops. In the Space Memorial Hall, you can enjoy a wide range of virtual attractions including the “Spaceship”, which simulates the forces experienced when travelling into space, and the “Space Walk”, in which you can find out what it is like to control your balance in a zero gravity environment. The shop stocks a wide range of space related goods, including space food that is imported directly from NASA.
