Learn the mysteries of shells at the Niseko Seaside Line
This roadside station is located on the Route 229 coastal road. The shop is packed with fresh ingredients and foods made from fresh local seafood and mountain vegetables, and there are also rare souvenirs made from shells. Also, close by you can find the “Shell House”, a strikingly eye-catching shell shape on the coastline. Inside the house, you can take a fascinating look at more than 5000 exhibits of approximately 1500 types of shell.
